How long does it take to make?
Production takes 3–5 days (every order is handcrafted individually). Shipping takes 5–9 days worldwide with full tracking. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, front-facing photos work best. Good lighting helps a lot! Don't worry if it's not perfect though, our artists are pretty amazing at working with what you've got.
Can I make a CustomBubu of anyone?
Yes! People, pets, celebrities, your weird uncle, if you have a photo, we can make it. We've had some truly wild requests and we're here for it.
What if I don't like how it turns out?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, we'll work with you to make it right. That said, our approval rate is over 99%, people are usually obsessed.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you make mascot costumes too?
Yes! We craft premium self-inflating mascot costumes, roughly 2.5 meters tall. Send us your idea and you get a free 3D model (first draft usually within days), unlimited revisions, and your finished mascot ready to ship in about 4 weeks. Worldwide shipping is a flat €200 with tracking.
How does mascot sizing work?
Our inflatable mascots stand roughly 2.5 meters tall. That is exactly what makes them impossible to miss. Need a different size? Adjustments are possible on request: just mention it when ordering or during the design phase.
Can I return or cancel my custom mascot?
Custom mascots are made to your personal specification, so they're exempt from the right of withdrawal once production starts (the standard EU exemption for custom-made goods). That's exactly why you approve the design first, with unlimited free revisions until it's perfect. Before production starts you can cancel anytime, free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights for defects always remain.
How do giant display inflatables work?
Giant inflatables (2–8 m) run on a constant-air blower and ship with anchoring included. Prices start at €1,999, request a free 3D model and you'll have a fixed quote within 24 hours.
